We are based in Tauranga, New Zealand. We allow for pick up with prior arrangement . On our website we have courier prices to non rural properties, if you are in a remote or rural area please contact us for a shipping quote at support@kidsportscars.co.nz

 

Our Returns Policy for peace of mind:

 

Provided the item is in mint condition we’ll return or replace any of our cars if there is a fault within 3 months of the purchase date.

To receive your replacement you must return the original item to us with prior arrangement via email, informing us of what is the issue/problem you are experiencing. We will have a small check list to help you problem solve before sending it back.

If still faulty we will arrange a return number and organise collection of the product. The product must be in original packaging in original condition, undamaged, or we will not accept the item or process the refund.

We will aim to process your replacement or refund within 3 days of receiving your item.

A fully charged battery should last between 1 -2 hours depending on the surface the car is riding on, the weight of the child and the frequency used.

After 100 recharges, you will start to notice that you won’t be getting the same run time between charges, please get in contact with us for spare parts and we can quote you on the replacement and delivery of a new battery.

Please ensure that you DO NOT over charge the battery. You should charge for 8-12 hours at a time. If the battery is charged for longer it will unfortunately cause permanent damage and you will need to replace it. You need to also ensure that you charge the battery at least once a month when not in use.
